Please do not accept the parcel if it’s damaged or unsealed from the outside.
You can also call us at the time of receiving the parcel from the courier person.
Please make a short video while you are unboxing the delivered parcel, and a few pictures of the box and its label for proof and your safety.
Without that video and pictures, you can not claim a Return or Refund.

The order can not be cancelled after making the payment.
In case of an express delivery (By Air shipment), we do not refund the shipping cost in any scenario. Only the item price will be refunded if the item is damaged from the inside.
PujaDukaan.com and the Courier service are both different compony. If there is any delay in delivery after the dispatch, or your area is not serviceable during that time,e then the estimated delivery time might be increased. (applicable for both standard and express shipping)
The customer has to pay all the courier charges in case of a refund or a design replacement. (In this case customer has to return the item to us by your nearest courier, and you have to bear the forward and return shipping charges.)
During the festive season, packing and delivery times might be increased.
Most of our products are completely handmade. So the design/color/dimensions might be slightly different.
Topor Mukut is made with shola. So, in case of minor work like stones/laces that have been removed from their location, then you can simply fix it just by using Fevicol. (Do not use Favikwick or Dendrite for this.)
Increase in courier charges: Most of our products are lightweight and take up a huge amount of space in the box for safe shipment. So the courier charges are based on the volumetric weight. In this case, you have to pay some extra courier charges. (You can contact us before placing the order. For example, of Topor: Actual weight of the Topor is approximately 500gm but the box dimensions are 40, 26, 26 cm in length, height, and width, respectively. Hence, the Volumetric weight of this parcel will be 40 ✘ 26 ✘ 26 = 27040 ÷ 5000 = 5.4 kg, which is 6 kg. Hence, the charges will be applied on the higher weight, that is 6kg.

Our products are used in auspicious events like Wedding, Annaprashan, Upanayan and any other Puja. So we don’t compromise with the purity and quality.
For Kolkata orders we take 2 to 5 days for delivery. (Depends on the product)
Orders from outside of Kolkata can take 7 to 20 days for delivery. (Depends on the product)
We provide Cash On Delivery facility only for Kolkata Orders. (specific pincodes)
Always try to place your order at least 20 days before the actual event.
